We remove the old windows and doors down to framing, we do not leave the old frames in place. We do not use renovator type windows with an external flange. We install our windows and doors utilizing new window installation procedures ensuring proper water tightness and draft proofing. We do complete installation including outside trim as necessary and inside liners and casing. We will caulk and paint outside and inside window and door trim. Caulking and painting is optional as we allow the homeowner to complete their own painting if they prefer.
